Plains Realty & Management, LLC is a family owned and operated real estate business established in 2001 by Donald Neb with the merging of two other offices; Wind Realty & Management and Doty Realty. Since that time we have built a strong presence in the community around and in Morgan County with our experienced and dedicated agents.
